Features & Benefits
- Browning® rubber grommeted ball bearings are available in the 100 Series (light duty) from ½" to 1" shaft diameters in a stamped steel pillow block or as an insert unit.
- The rubber grommet is designed to adjust for misalignment, and dampen noise and vibration.
- The bearing insert units are designed to fit into HVAC web mount supports.
- Browning rubber mount ball bearings are available with 120° set screw locking or eccentric locking.
- Zone hardened inner race provides a fully hardened ball path while leaving the rest of the inner ring unhardened, allowing better holding power.
- Rubber lip contact seal with auxiliary flinger for proven effective sealing against contaminants.
- Nylon retainer and Grade 10 balls for quieter operation and less vibration.
- Bearings are factory-filled with Lithium complex NLGI 2 grease and cannot be relubed.
