- Browning® VER ball bearings are an economical alternative and are available in the 200 Series (normal duty) from ½" to 3 3/16".
- The VER critical dimensions are interchangeable with industry standard ER units.
- The cylindrical outside diameter incorporates a locating snap ring for easy installation and positive location.
- Zone hardened inner race provides a fully hardened ball path while leaving the rest of the inner ring unhardened, allowing better holding power.
- 120° balanced set screw position provides a balanced three-point contact that minimizes vibration, reduces noise and improves locking reliability.
- Precision manufactured, diamond faceted set screws improve clamping and resist backing out.
- Rubber lip contact seal with auxiliary flinger for proven effective sealing against contaminants.
- Nylon retainer and Grade 10 balls for quieter operation and less vibration.
- Grease port in the outer race provides easy relubrication.
