Features & Benefits
- Sealmaster® textile bearing pillow blocks are available in from 1 7/16" - 2 7/16" bore in standard duty series only.
- Eccentric locking provides a positive lock without digging into shafting, which prevents corrosion initiation.
- Available as in a TXP series fixed (non-expansion) and ETXP series float (expansion) arrangements to allow for shaft expansion.
- Wide outer ring design provides increased grease capacity to lubricate the bearings.
- Anti-rotation - pin & dimple system prevents the bearing OD from creep/rotation due to vibration over time while providing a full ± 2° of static misalignment.
- Direct lube - pin & dimple system provides a direct lubrication path into the bearing, eliminating the need to channel grease around a lubrication groove common on standard mounted ball bearing units.
- Ultra Gard spring loaded oil seal increases the force between the rotating inner race and rubber for a tighter seal.
- Black oxide standard on inner/outer rings and seal components inhibits corrosion.
- Zone hardened inner race provides a fully hardened ball path while leaving the race extensions unhardened, allowing better set screw holding power.
- Length through bore is longer than most competitors for greater shaft stability.
- Land-riding brass retainer has high strength, minimizes friction and provides maximum grease circulation.
- Solid base, pillow block, cast iron housing provides improved stability and resistance to shock and vibration.
- Permanent metal nameplate allows for easy identification after years of operation.
- Factory-filled with synthetic high temperature grease - increases operating temperature range of bearing to 375°F.
