  • CRES CAMROL® Cam Followers are available in a wide variety of options:

    • - ½" to 2" diameters        - Hex hole
    - Cylindrical OD              - Standard stud, Eccentric stud, or Yoke roller
    - Sealed                         - Custom designs
  • Manufactured from bearing quality 400 series stainless steel components for improved resistance to both external and internal corrosion. CRES CAMROL bearings are dimensionally interchangeable with standard CAMROL® bearings and easily identifiable with "CR" designation.
  • A heavy-sectioned outer race design to withstand shock loading of cam follower operation
  • Inner studs are induction heat treated in the roller path and flange surfaces only. The remainder of the stud is not hardened resulting in a ductile stem that provides toughness.
  • Bearings supplied as standard with seals and annular lubrication groove to help extend bearing life. LUBRI-DISC ® and LUBRI-DISC ®+ seals provided in select sizes.
    • The annular groove in the outer raceway provides a lubrication reservoir to help prolong lubrication intervals and increases the pre-lubricated life of the bearing
    • The LUBRI-DISC ® seal is provided in sizes below 1" and helps in three ways:
      • The labyrinth and contact sealing protect against loss of lubricant and helps prevent entrance of contamination.
      • The vents help prevent seal blow-out during relubrication.
      • The integral back plate design reduces internal friction by eliminating metal-on-metal contact
    • The LUBRI-DISC®+ seal is provided in sizes 1" and larger and offers a lip wiping seal for improved protection against liquid contamination
  • The threads are manufactured to a class 2 tolerance.
  • Bearings are supplied pre-lubricated with H1 food grade grease.
  • Standard sizes and custom designs available upon request.
