Emerson Power Transmission is pleased to now offer a new helical-bevel gear line with mounting dimensions that interchange with SEW-Eurodrive* and other European style modular right-angle gear drives. An innovative design allows this product line to easily replace competitive units, while retaining the ability to replace the Browning® OtN22-25 units that it replaces. Additionally, OtN is assembled-to-order for ready availability in a multitude of arrangements.

Browning® OtN Series 3000, a full line of enclosed gearmotors and speed reducers, is designed with a broad range of standard input configurations. This allows it to adapt to most right-angle requirements, with the high efficiency of helical-bevel gearing. Upgraded ratings and a broader ratio range in three stages mean OtN3000 often allows application requirements to be met with one frame size smaller. That makes it a very cost effective solution to your right angle gearing needs.

The patented, reversible tapered bushing system used in the Torque Taper Plus product line is now available in OtN3000. This system includes the stabilizing ring that prevents wobble and makes for a very reliable connection to the driven shaft that resists fretting corrosion, while reducing shaft wear.

A new addition to the OtN3000 line is the screw conveyor drive version. This version may be used with a standard explosion proof gearmotor input for a powerful application solution in the grain handling industry.

Finally, OtN3000 utilizes the same motors available on all modular gearmotors from Emerson Power Transmission. This includes the industry's widest variety of gearmotor enclosures and types, including Corro-Duty® Cast Iron, Explosion Proof, Inverter Duty (NEMA MG1, part 31 compliant), Premium Efficiency and more.
