Product Training For The Sales Professional
You have strong sales skills and understand the sales cycle! You are motivated to make
every appointment and every day as productive as possible! Now it's up to us to give
you the industry and product knowledge necessary for you to utilize your experience and
sales savvy.
Once you join the EPT sales team, you will undergo several months of product training.
We will have you visit our major manufacturing facilities and get to know the people who
make EPT a great company. In keeping with our philosophy that our people are our greatest
asset, you will have an opportunity to learn from the people who manage and create the
products we provide to the marketplace.
You will also have an opportunity to implement your newly gained knowledge as you progress
though our product training. Each section of training is separated by time spent in your
District working with your manager to understand our customer base as well as policy and
procedure. Prior to attending training at a factory location, you will have an opportunity
to read about the product you will be reviewing.
