“I want all of you at Kop-Flex to know how nice it is to deal with a company that
still cares about customer service. My company operates mostly on a
“purchase-as-needed” basis. My job involves diagnosing problems then purchasing
and installing the right parts to fix the problem. The most dreaded part of my
