- Browning® mounted ball bearings with BOA concentric locking are available in a wide variety of features:
- 3/4" to 2 7/16"
- 2 duty Series (200 (normal) and 300 (medium) Series)
- 5 housing styles
- Browning BOA concentric collar with a single cap screw provides excellent 360° holding power. Designed to prevent shaft marring or burring and centers the shaft in the bore for less vibration.
- Zone hardened inner race provides a fully hardened ball path while leaving the rest of the inner ring unhardened, allowing better holding power.
- Precision manufactured, diamond faceted set screws improve clamping and resist backing out.
- Pillow block housing with a semi-solid, cast iron base provides an excellent mounting foundation and is integral to prevent sheet metal "buckling".
- Rubber lip contact seal with auxiliary flinger for proven effective sealing against contaminants.
- Anti-rotation rivet prevents outer ring creep or rotation within the housing.
- Nylon retainer and Grade 10 balls for quieter operation and less vibration.
- Lubrication groove in housing allowing for consistent grease distribution, factory-filled with Lithium complex NLGI 2 grease.
