    • Hard metric housing dimensions designed to ISO 3223 where applicable
    • Metric bore and insert OD's and lubrication fittings

  • Sealmaster's patented SKWEZLOC locking collar centers the shaft in the bearing bore.
    • Secures the shaft with near perfect 360° concentricity
    • Results in quieter and smoother operation at higher speeds
    • Quickly, easily installed, removed and/or repositioned
    • Protects the shaft from scoring and burring
    • Reduces out-of-balance vibrational forces and fretting corrosion
    • Utilize a metric Torx* to allow for maximum torque resulting in superior holding power over traditional socket head cap screws.
  • Wide outer ring design provides increased grease capacity to lubricate the bearings.
  • Anti-rotation - pin & dimple system prevents the bearing OD from creep/rotation due to vibration over time while providing a full ± 2° of static misalignment.
  • Direct lube - pin & dimple system provides a direct lubrication path into the bearing, eliminating the need to channel grease around a lubrication groove common on standard mounted ball bearing units.

  • Black oxide standard on inner/outer rings and seal components inhibits corrosion.
  • Zone hardened inner race provides a fully hardened ball path while leaving the race extensions unhardened, allowing better set screw holding power.

  • Land-riding brass retainer has high strength, minimizes friction and provides maximum grease circulation.
  • Solid base, pillow block, cast iron housing provides improved stability and resistance to shock and vibration.
