Browning 1000/1100 Series Mounted Spherical Roller Bearing

1000 and 1100 Series are a dimensional interchange with most competitive, spherical roller bearing setscrew mounting dimensions.

Features & Benefits

Browning^® 1000 and 1100 Series mounted spherical roller bearings are available from:

1 1/8” to 4” two and four bolt pillow blocks, three and four bolt flanges, flange cartridges and take-up styles.
Up to 4 15/16” in four bolt, pillow block design.
1 7/16", 1 15/16" and 2 15/16" in a flange bracket design for tight mounting requirements and space saving design.

All units are completely assembled, adjusted and lubricated at the factory and are ready for use.
Compact solid one piece cast iron (1000 Series) and ductile iron (1100 Series) housing provide strength and load support in a wide variety of applications.
Double row, spherical roller bearings are designed to accommodate increased rotational speeds and +/- 1 ½° dynamic alignment capability.
Browning MULTI-TRAP^® seals offer additional protection against contaminant entry and provide grease retention up to 4”. Contact seals are also available by adding “C” at the end of the part description and are standard above 4”.
Concentric locking collar with two set screws anchor the bearing to the inner race.
Expansion roller bearing pillow blocks are available for use when expansion is required, such as when significant temperature differentials are expected between shafts and mount structures or the shaft is unusually long.
